1.Returns

At Classic Label LLC, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods such as food and beverages.
  • Personal care items and beauty products once opened.
  • Health and household products that have been used.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Return the item using the provided label. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow a few days for the credit to appear on your account, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

2. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, we’re happy to help.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Items must be in the original packaging and unused.
  • Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
